What are the services offered by Laxys?

Laxys offers reliable taxi services in a number of cities in India. The exact list is displayed on the main page. The service is backed by a 24x7 Customer Contact Center.

How can I order a cab?

You can view all the steps that would be needed to order a cab in our How It Works? section.
In case you do not have Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking facility, you can still reserve a taxi by depositing the reservation fee calculated by our website on the "Confirm Order" page to our bank account number A/C 31485270305 at State bank of India, Vasundhara Lucknow (IFSC : SBIN0010512) via NEFT through net banking. After depositing this amount please email your itinerary to book@laxys.com. We will revert back to you through SMS/email immediately on confirmation of payment.

The site is asking me to pay a reservation fee. Why ?

We keep a 20% advance reservation fee(subject to a minimum of Rs 200) to confirm your reservation. For your pickup lots of preparations have to be made and a taxi travels a lot of distance to pick you up. If you cancel the order then the charges would add up as overhead on us thus we ask for a reservation fee.

What are the timings for Laxys?

We operate 24 hours a day.

What is the minimum time after which Laxys can provide me with a taxi?

We generally provide taxis for long trips booked well in advance. The taxis need to be prepared and thus take some time. You can always order for a taxi 3 hours ahead of time of pickup.

Can I hail a Laxys cab on the road?

We do not provide on the road services. You will have to book a cab atleast 3 hours ahead of time online.

How do I book a Laxys Cab?

What is the fare that I will be charged?

The fares for Laxys are those prescribed for metered taxis in your city and are displayed on the website. You can find them for a particular city on the page that opens after you select the city of pickup. These include fares for distance traveled, waiting charges, if any and a night surcharge as applicable in your city if you are availing the service during the night-time between midnight and 5 a.m.

Will I charged for waiting time also?

The charge for waiting time while the meter is flagged on is as prescribed by the Department of Transport of the respective cities.

Do I have to pay toll charge when I travel through Laxys?

- Yes, you will be paying 'Toll charge', when you are crossing the toll post while traveling by Laxys cab. - No, when Laxys cab is crossing the toll post while coming to pick you up.

How do I pay after the completion of my trip?

You can pay the chauffer in cash after deducting the reservation fees paid by you online. The chauffer will provide you with the receipt of the amount received by him.

Will I get a printed receipt for the amount paid?

Always. Please insist on it. Our chauffeurs are trained to give the receipt for every fare they collect. If by oversight this is missed, please ask for a receipt.

What do I do if I have left something behind in a Laxys?

Please call our Customer Service Center at +91-9305693545 and give us the details of the cab number, date and time of travel (all this information is there on your printed fare receipt) and we will help you track down your missing item. Laxys chauffeurs are trained to report items left behind in a cab. So if you tell us the details of your commute, it makes it easy for us to link you with your missing item!

Can I change my booking details?

After booking a taxi you will be provided the name and number of our representative in the city of your pickup. You may change the details of your travel by informing him/her of the changes atleast 12 hours before your pickup time. In case of change in city you will have to cancel the booking.

Can I cancel a booking made?

Our system of handling bookings is automated and once your journey is confirmed by our Customer Service Center, a cab is assigned to report to you. We do understand that sometimes, plans change and you may need to cancel a booking. In case of cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled time of pickup 95% of the reservation fee will be refunded. We will not be able to refund any amount in case of default.

I donot want to pay the reservation fee. How do I still proceed with the booking?

You cannot. Its mandatory to reserve a taxi. In case you do not have credit/debit card you can credit the reservation fee to our bank account number A/C 31485270305 at State bank of India, Vasundhara Lucknow (IFSC : SBIN0010512) through net banking. After depositing this amount please email your itinerary to book@laxys.com . We will revert back to you through SMS/email immediately on confirmation of payment.

Do I need to register at your website to avail the Laxys service?

No. We believe in saving your time because everytime you book you may have a different pickup address.
